Ericka Zeballos, M.S., CCC-SLP
Director / Speech Language Pathologist
Ericka received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996 in Communicative Disorders and Sciences. She went on to receive her M.S. in Speech Language Pathology from the State University of New York College at Fredonia in 1998. While studying at Fredonia, Ericka was presented with the Schaffer Family Scholarship which was awarded to a graduate student, selected by the faculty, who demonstrates a high degree of scholarship, integrity, professional commitment and potential. She completed her final graduate work with the highly trained staff at Kaleida Health System where she was offered a clinical fellowship and subsequently a full-time position. Her experience there allowed her to expand and enhance the scope of her diagnostic and therapeutic skills including but not limited to videoflouroscopic swallow assessments and work with tracheostomized and ventilated patients. She also enjoyed providing staff and family education programs, coordinating student programs with area universities and participating in ongoing Quality Assurance.
Ericka was later presented with an opportunity to work in the Elementary School setting and welcomed that opportunity as that is where her passion for Speech Pathology originated.
